Description
Advantages: 1. Recovery of DNA at the concentration of 20 ng/mL or more (100 bps) and RNA (120 bps).
2. Incubation at -20 degrees C or -80 degrees C is not required.
3. Does not inhibit any enzymatic reactions.
4. Forms pellets when ethanol is added; thus, even small quantities of DNA are visible.
